Haruhaeng Terms of Use

These terms set out the conditions for using the Haruhaeng app (the “App”) and Rail Pass, provided by Tryangle Studio (트라이앵글스튜디오; representative: Jonghyeok Park; “we”, “us”). By using the App, you agree to these terms. On iPhone, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
1. The service
The App helps you plan your day as a timetable and keep a record of the time you focus. Basic features are free, and the free version shows ads. Rail Pass removes the ads and unlocks additional features.
2. Rail Pass (paid)
- Plans: monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, and a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment: charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Prices are shown on the purchase screen and in the store.
- Auto-renewal: unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, a subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price, and you are charged for the renewal.
- Canceling: you can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, and you keep access until the end of the current period. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds: governed by the refund policy of the store you paid through (Apple or Google) and applicable law.
- Restoring purchases: tap “Restore purchases” in the App while using the same store account, and your access comes back.
3. When Rail Pass ends
Your records and data are never deleted. Ads appear again, and features beyond the free limits (for example, Focus Lock, a 9th routine and beyond, automatic backup and planning ahead) pause. If you purchase again, the ads go away and those features come back as they were.
4. Account and backup
Signing in is optional and is used to back up your records and move them to a new phone. You can delete your account anytime by tapping your name at the top of Profile in the App. Your personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy (https://haruhaeng.tryanglestudio.com/privacy/).
5. Your conduct
Please don’t interfere with the App or its servers, distribute modified versions of the App without permission, or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
- The App relies on features your device provides (notifications, Screen Time, Usage access and so on). Because of device settings or the operating system, Focus Lock cannot guarantee blocking in every situation.
- Please back up important records. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the App, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- Ads in the free version, and the pages they link to, are created by advertisers and selected by Google. We do not guarantee their content.
7. Changes and termination
We will announce changes to these terms or the service in advance in the App and on this page. If the service has to end, we will give reasonable advance notice, and the records on your device will remain.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
